There were 4,341 new Coronavirus infections in Lombardy in the last week, from 17 to 23 February, according to the Covid-19 data of the latest regional bulletin. Data up from 4,183 in the previous week for the period between 10 and 16 February. On the other hand, deaths are falling, which are 39 compared to 58. The total toll since the beginning of the pandemic is 45,513 deaths. In the last week monitored, there were 70,083 swabs, down from 73,313, for a positivity rate of 6.2%, up from 5.7% the previous week.
In hospitals, according to the regional bulletin updated on 23 February, there are 8 Covid hospitalized in intensive care, -13 compared to 21 of the previous week, while hospitalized in the medical area are up, to 201 compared to 175 in the previous bulletin (+26 ).
