by time news
The Supreme Court has ordered state governments to revoke an order denying permission in public places if the corona vaccine is not paid.

The federal government gave emergency approval for corona vaccines when the incidence of corona infection was high in India last year. As vaccination work intensified across the country, some were reluctant to be vaccinated. Thus some state governments banned those who were not vaccinated from going to public places.

Some state governments have banned non-vaccinated people from going to public places. The bench of Justices LN Rao and PR Kavi, which heard the case, ordered that no individual should be forced to be vaccinated. Also, federal governments should not impose restrictions on non-vaccinated individuals so that individuals are not exposed to the elements in a low-risk environment. The order said it should be relaxed.

In addition, the Supreme Court has directed the release of data on the adverse effects of corona vaccine vaccine against those who have been vaccinated so far.
