Covid vaccine, petition underway by law on obligation

by time news

A petition to ask the Government and Parliament for a national law that imposes compulsory anti-Covid vaccination in Italy. It was launched by Assoutenti, the consumer association, which received the adhesion to the initiative of Matteo Bassetti, director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic of the San Martino Polyclinic in Genoa, the first signatory of the request that starts today on the change.org platform.

“The serious clashes of yesterday show how it is now impossible to postpone a state law that overcomes the divisions in place regarding the Green pass, imposing mandatory vaccination on all citizens except those at risk or with particular pathologies”, explains the president of Assoutenti Furio Truzzi. “A law – he continues – in compliance with the Constitution and which provides for compensation in favor of citizens in the event of vaccination damage. For all this we have launched today on change.org a collection of signatures to which all Italians can adhere”.

Assoutenti also expresses, in the petition’s launch note, “full solidarity with the CGIL, victim of unprecedented violence by extremists and no-green pass that worries and demonstrates the need for a state law to put an end to the social conflict in progress “.
