The German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Unmacht, described the dialogues performed by the Minister of State on the German Overseas Ministry, Katja Kuehl, with the First Deputy Speaker of the Home of Representatives, Fawzi Al-Nouri, and the President of the Supreme Council of State, Muhammad Takala, as “vital dialogues.”
