jpnn.comSACHSENRING – Jorge Martin admitted to being frustrated after what he experienced at the German MotoGP, Sunday (7/7).

Martin failed to get any points and his position at the top of the standings was displaced by Francesco Bagnaia who finished first.

Martin crashed in the main race of the 2024 German MotoGP. What’s even more bitter is that he was leading the race and then fell in the last 3 laps.

“I don’t have a lot of explanations at the moment. It’s obviously frustrating. After leading 27 laps (I crashed), it hurts a lot.”

“Of course I have to learn from this, because this year I have crashed twice while leading the race,” said Martin.

Although he admitted to being frustrated, the 26-year-old rider did not want to dwell in sadness and regret.

Martin said he still had plenty of time to correct the mistake so that it would not happen again.

“It will be difficult to accept, but at least I have time now with my team. It’s better to have it now than at the end of the year when you don’t do anything,” added the Spaniard. (motosan/jpnn)
