Thus, yesterday the date on which the credentials will be delivered to the 137 assembly members elected in the early elections on August 20 was announced. Next Tuesday, October 24, this ceremony will be held in 21 provinces of the country. While on Wednesday the 25th, it will be done in Guayas; and, on the 26th, in Manabí. In Chimborazo, a total of eight credentials will be granted, four to the main assembly members and four to the secondary ones. The elected parliamentarians who will represent the province are: Patricia Núñez, for the Citizen Revolution movement; Carmen Tiupul, from Somos; María Fernanda Araujo, from National Democratic Action; and, Paúl Aulla, for Construye.
Event. Johanna Gómez, president of the Provincial Electoral Board of Chimborazo, indicated that the place where this event will take place has not yet been selected; however, the time has already been assigned.
