In order to provide resources to boost the economic growth of the state, the Macro Fund for the Comprehensive Development of Tlaxcala (Fomtlax) gave 25 entrepreneurs credit checks “Fomtlax Woman“, “Microtandas” and “Credits for Productive Units”, with a state investment of 403 thousand pesos for the benefit of 40 families.
Solidarity financing schemes, whose interest rate is 1 percent per month, contribute to the generation of jobs and the well-being of the working population who carry out activities in the commercial, agricultural, livestock, industrial and service sectors.

With this, the state government headed by Lorena Cuellar Cisneros reiterates the commitment to supporting the income sources of entrepreneurs, by facilitating access to financing to generate better conditions and strengthen the economic development of those who need it most.
The delivery of checks corresponded to the requests approved during the Forty-Second Ordinary Session of the Internal Credit Committee, where it was determined to benefit three groups from the “Mujer Fomtlax” program, that is, for the sale of food, as well as for maquila and clothing. , whose amounts for both projects were 45 thousand pesos and for the group of entrepreneurial womenwho for the first time obtained the credit, to boost the stationery, catalog sales and gift shop business with a total amount of 18 thousand pesos.
Micro, small and medium-sized companies in the commercial sector received 12 loans, seven were intended for those who offer services, four for industrial activity, while Fomtlax granted a loan for the agricultural sector, as well as for livestock.
The beneficiaries are from the municipalities of Zacatelco, Terrenate, Cuaxomulco, Contla, Santa Cruz Tlaxcala, Totolac, Tlaxcala, Xaltocan, El Carmen Tequexquitla, Yauhquemehcan, Tetla de la Solidaridad, Apizaco and Chiautempan.
