Crew Dragon with four astronauts launched to ISS

In Florida, SpaceX’s heavy Falcon 9 launch vehicle launched the reusable Crew Dragon-3 spacecraft with four astronauts on board. The ship is heading towards the International Space Station (ISS). He successfully entered orbit, according to the NASA website.

The launch was carried out on November 10 at 21:03 local time (November 11 at 5:03 Moscow time) from the launch pad 39A of the Kennedy Comic Center. The crew of Crew Dragon-3 included astronauts Raja Chari, Tom Marshburn, Kayla Barron (NASA) and Matthias Maurer (ESA).

The spacecraft entered orbit in 12 minutes. 51 sec. Docking with the ISS is to take place on November 12 at 3:10 Moscow time. Crew Crew Dragon-3 will operate at the station until April 2022.

On November 9, the Crew Dragon, with the crew of the previous Crew-2 mission, landed in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida. Roscosmos cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov, as well as Wande Hai, are now at the station.
