On its social networks, the Madrid club paid tribute to one of its greatest players: “Another historic milestone: 900 goals in the professional career of one of the greatest legends of Real Madrid and world football. With this 131st goal in the colours of Portugal, CR7 now has 769 goals scored at club level: 5 at Sporting, 145 at Manchester United, 450 at Real Madrid, 101 at Juventus, and 68 at Al-Nassr. Despite this impressive list of achievements, Ronaldo recently announced on his YouTube channel that he is now aiming for the 1000 goal mark, an ambition that is no longer surprising coming from the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
