Crossover Media Group has acquired an equity interest in The No Snooze Podcast
and taken over its advertising sales, distribution, and marketing, partnering with host Dave Reggina as part of an evolving business model for the company.
Seven Years of Independent Growth Precedes CMG Partnership
Launched in 2019, the motivational and leadership series grew out of Reggina’s daily habit of waking between 4:15 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. to post short videos on Snapchat. Accompanied by his signature rolling-finger gesture and the phrase No snooze, baby … come on!
the project evolved into an audio program covering personal development, health, and fitness alongside co-producer Claudio Valenzuela.
Reggina’s dedication to health and resilience stems in part from his teenage diagnosis with Crohn’s disease. Beyond the microphone, he authored the book 30 Lessons to Lead: From Breakdowns to Breakthroughs, co-founded the A.C.E. (Action Cultivates Excellence) personal growth community, and serves as a deputy commissioner for the town of Greenburgh, New York.

The program reached Spotify’s top 10% of podcasts in both 2024 and 2025. Yet after signing with talent agency Buchwald and agent Scott Kaufman earlier this year, the team faced persistent rejections while pitching various organizations.
We’ve been pitching like crazy. We got told no, and no, and no, and no, and no, and no by so many different companies, organizations.
Dave Reggina, Host
According to Reggina, the agreement with Crossover Media Group provides a much-needed vehicle for expansion after years of handling technical and audience duties independently. Seven years in, this is really the beginning,
he noted on a recent episode discussing the partnership. This is isn’t like a ‘Oh my God they just signed millions of dollars’ — but what this does is [it] gives our platform an opportunity to continue to scale.
An Evolving Business Model for Crossover Media Group
For CMG, taking an ownership stake rather than acting solely as an ad sales representative changes its strategy. Managing member Scott Calka pointed to Reggina’s background as a key driver for the network’s confidence in the show’s commercial prospects.
With his special blend of motivational leadership insights, uplifting personal-growth stories and practical health and fitness advice, Dave is poised to break out in the podcast universe.
Scott Calka, Crossover Media Group Managing Member
Calka added that the new partnership underscores our confidence in his potential and is emblematic of an evolving model for our podcast business.
Crossover Media Group handles advertising sales and production for more than 300 podcasts spanning true crime, news, sports, lifestyle, and entertainment, generating upwards of 18 million monthly impressions. The added backing allows The No Snooze Podcast to utilize CMG’s wider distribution network while maintaining its current production schedule.

Expanding Audience Reach Across Major Podcast Platforms
The arrangement places the program across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms. Looking ahead, Reggina told listeners that access to CMG’s network could help expand the audience and build advertising demand.
Reflecting on the milestone, Reggina offered advice directed at other independent creators working in the industry.
The opportunity doesn’t create the work. The work that you continue to do creates the opportunity. You’re not guaranteed to succeed if you keep going, but you’re guaranteed to fail if you stop.
Dave Reggina, Host
Emphasizing the importance of persistence in digital media, Reggina encouraged aspiring producers to remain focused on consistent output despite the uncertain and changing conditions of independent broadcasting.
