Crown Heights: Rabbi Shmuel Goldman A.H.

It was with great sorrow that the news of the rabbi’s death was received Samuel Goldman A.H., a resident of the Crown Heights neighborhood, a famous lawyer and scholar who set times for the Torah, died on Saturday evening, and he is 66 years old.

He was one of the members of the “Bat David – David Gershon” congregation in the neighborhood and was known among the worshipers as “the synagogue’s candy man,” who used to distribute candy on Shabbat to children.

He is survived by his wife Nava Tavdal for life and his sons Moshe and Yehuda. Yes he left behind his mother and sister.

His funeral took place this morning, at 9:45 a.m., and passed in front of the House of Our Lives-770.
