A Cuban mother and her three children, who lived in deplorable conditions, received from the humorist Limay Blanco a dignified house to reside from now on, in Mantilla, in the Havana municipality of Arroyo Naranjo, thanks to the donation for this cause of a person who has preferred to remain anonymous.
A few days ago, the artist had shown the difficult conditions in which this family found themselves. Moved by this situation, he said that he was going to use the money he had for other purposes to help this mother and her children as soon as possible. However, a person in the United States decided to donate 7 thousand dollars for the purchase of the house.
With this, Limay has delivered a total of 19 houses to families in vulnerable conditions in Cuba, thanks to the donations he receives for his humanitarian work through the Cristo Cambia Vidas project.
In the case of this family, the artist had shown in a video the dangerous situation in which they lived, as they ran the risk of falling through a large hole in the ground. In general, the site was uninhabitable. In addition, one of the little ones is sick with cancer.
“One of the girls has leukemia, all of them died of thin skin. They live in a house where they have a plank on the floor because there is a hole”, the comedian had revealed.
Due to Limay’s efforts to highlight the need this family faced, a significant donation was made to improve their conditions and provide them with a great reason for happiness.
“I have no words to thank you for what you have done for us, for my children. I did not expect this, I am telling you this with my heart in my hand,” said the mother, shocked to tears, to the man who sent the necessary money.

During the last few years, Limay Blanco has headed the Cristo Cambia Vidas ministry, through which he collects his own donations and those of other supportive people, to help families in adverse conditions in different ways.
In this sense, in addition to the 19 houses that he has delivered, which is undoubtedly a daunting task, he has also given away food and different products that Cuban families in great need have received with gratitude.
