Culmia has appointed Juan Carlos Urbanofrom the Lar real estate group and with experience at ING and Deloitte, as new chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, as announced in a statement.
Over the course of seven years at Grupo Lar, he has held the financial management in the Iberian market, the corporate financial management of the group and the corporate management of ESG. Previously, he held the CFO position at ING Real Estate and ING Lease in Spain and Portugal for eleven years and worked for Deloitte for five years in the business process consulting practice.
“We are proud to have a person with extensive experience, closely linked to our sector, who will assume a fundamental role in the company in achieving our roadmap which, among other objectives, has a delivery forecast of 13,500 homes for sale or rent until 2030 and 6,000 more in the affordable segment in the next 5 years”, stated the CEO of Culmia, Francisco Pérez.
