The RAE will offer a wide variety of activities that include concerts, exhibitions, round tables and book presentations, among other events, all of them under the common denominator of the congress motto, «Spanish language, miscegenation and interculturality. History and future».
Improvised rap in Spanish, in an activity organized by the FundéuRAE in collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes, the Cádiz City Council, Red Bull Batalla and the SGAE Foundation, is one of the highlights of CILE. A workshop on this discipline in which the artists Blon, MNak and NikiDMT will participate, moderated by Queen Mary, will deal with everything that is behind this artistic movement in Spanish, the importance of the word and the use of language when it comes to get the best improvisations, and many details and tricks that are handled in competitions. It will take place on March 29, at 8:30 p.m., in the columned room of the Baluarte de la Candelaria (Cádiz), and immediately after, at 9:30 p.m., the Baluarte patio will host an exhibition RedBull Battle, with the three rappers. A show that will also be presented by Queen Mary and that will feature DJ Verse on the mixing desk.
