The program that will be held in Dourados starts in March and only ends in October
Dourados will host the Cultural Scrap Season starting next week, which should last eight months with presentations and workshops. The program starts in March and only ends in October, with several opportunities to access art,
The proposal is put into practice by the group of artists that coordinates the collaborative space Sucata Cultural and sees access to art as a necessity in Dourados.
Sucata Cultural promotes access to art at popular prices throughout the year and has already held four other editions of Temporadas independently. Contemplated by the Cultural Investment Fund (FIC), the project managed to expand the reach of art to the population of Dourade and bring new attractions, including from Paraguay.
In all, there will be 16 attractions, which can be seen more than once in the space, located at Rua Onofre Pereira de Matos, 815, in the center of Dourados. You can also find the general schedule on Instagram @sucatacultural
Despite the support for holding the event, now the producers want to make it possible for artists to go to needy communities, including indigenous villages in the municipality, to hold free presentations. They also try to get a free bus that takes people to the Cultural Junk.
