The curfew has been relaxed for 13 hours from last Wednesday till today Saturday from 7 am to 8 pm every day. The four-day curfew is in effect from 8 pm to 7 am.

The anti-discrimination student movement has called for an all-out non-cooperation movement from Sunday (August 4) demanding the downfall of the government including Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. In this context, the Home Minister sat in a meeting around 7:30 pm.
