Recently BRAC Bank Plc and VIPB Asset Management Company Limited have signed Custodial Service Agreement.
Under this agreement, BRAC Bank will provide services to VIPB Asset Management Company in managing the upcoming open-ended mutual fund ‘VIPB Fixed Income Fund’.
On March 20, BRAC Bank Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking Tarek Refat Ullah Khan and CEO of VIPB Asset Management Company. Shahidul Islam CFA signed the agreement on behalf of his respective institution.
During the contract signing ceremony, Head of Transaction Banking AKM Faisal Halim, Unit Head Mohammad Arif Chowdhury, Senior Manager Khan Muhammad Faisal CFA and Head of Investments Biplab Dash FCCA were present on behalf of VIPB Asset Management Company. Senior Manager of Finance and Fund Operations Rashedul Hasan Yasin FCCA and other senior officials of both institutions.
