It’s is a real inconvenience! I have been waiting on a direct deposit since the 10th and it’s still does not show. My balance is also not showing accurately. I have tried reaching customer service through chat and phone and no one answers! I have been with Greendot for years and never had anything like this happen. I am stressed, disappointed and want my money!!!
