Rodite Nikos Drakos tried his best, finally finishing in 92nd place in the 136.5km race. of the European Continental Championships MU – Road Race in the Netherlands.
Nikiforos Arvanitou, for his part, finished in 38th place, with the relevant announcement issued by the Hellenic Cycling Federation stating the following:
“Very good day for our internationals Nikiforos Arvanitou and Nikos Drakos in the 2023 European Continental Championships MU – Road Race in the 136.5km race from Hoogeveen to the Col du VAM.
Nikiforos finished in 38th place overall, 0:55” behind first race winner Danish rider Pedersen Henrik who covered the distance in 3:00:12.
Our 2nd athlete, Nikos Drakos, finished in 92nd place out of a total of 143 riders who started the race!
