Cyclist hospitalized in serious condition in Perugia hospital: he is in intensive care

The 70-year-old cyclist who was hit along the Colle San Tommaso slip road in Spoleto on 26 September is hospitalized in serious condition in intensive care at the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital in Perugia. The man was first rescued by ambulance and then by helicopter.

The Spoleto municipal police seized the bike and the car. Investigations underway into the dynamics. The man’s prognosis is guarded.
