“Dabaiba” inspects the progress of work at Misurata power station

Today, Thursday, the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dabaiba, conducted an inspection tour of the Misurata dual power station, to follow up on the station’s performance, production capacity, and major overhaul work on its generating units.

Dabaiba listened to the problems and difficulties facing the workflow, the reasons that led to some exits in the city of Misurata during the past days, the file of supplying production stations with fuel, and the total current production at the station.

The Prime Minister stressed the government’s readiness to provide support to resolve the obstacles, praising the efforts of the Misurata station workers to resolve the problems facing the work.

The visit included an extensive tour of the technical sites and control rooms of the station, and an overview of the work of the dual station and the production of electricity units through a detailed explanation of the mechanism followed.

The Prime Minister pointed out, during a meeting with officials at the station, that the government has paid great attention to the electricity sector across the country, with the aim of resolving load shedding problems, and has provided unlimited support to provide the best services regarding the electricity sector, and facilitate legal and financial procedures for the stability of the network.
