Mumbai: Popular Bollywood singer KK Krishnakumar Kunnam’s daughter Tamara said an emotional farewell. “Dad, I will always love you,” Tamara wrote in a funeral card she shared on Instagram.
The love for the father is shared in a single line on a card containing cultural information. Also included is a red heart emoji. Tamara’s Instagram profile includes singer, musician and producer.
KK, who arrived at the hotel after a function at Nasrul Mancha in Kolkata on Tuesday night, collapsed on the stairs. He was rushed to hospital but died later.
His body was brought to his residence in Mumbai from Kolkata and was buried in the presence of his family members at the Versova Hindu Cemetery. Prominent personalities from the music industry were present. KK has sung over 700 songs in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
