As the incidence of corona in Tamil Nadu has come down drastically, the Department of Medicine and Public Welfare today released a report on the current situation. Accordingly, 95 people have been diagnosed with the disease in Tamil Nadu in the last 24 hours. While 105 people were confirmed vulnerable yesterday, the new vulnerability has dropped to less than 100 today. This brings the total number of corona confirmed persons in the state to 34 lakh 51 thousand 910.
In Chennai today, 35 people have been confirmed infected. In Coimbatore, 10 people have been confirmed infected and in Chengalpattu 7 people. No new infections were reported in 14 districts.
Today 223 people have been discharged after treatment in a single day. Thus the total number of people recovering from corona in Tamil Nadu has increased to 34 lakh 12 thousand 714. No casualties were reported by Corona today for the 3rd day. There are 1,173 people in treatment across the state.
