This meeting, which is part of the “Income improvement and economic inclusion of young people” program of phase III of the INDH, aims to develop the skills of young people and strengthen the entrepreneurial capacities necessary for the success of their innovative projects.
During this training session, the young people of the province were introduced to business creation, project feasibility study and self-development, as well as other soft skills that encourage creativity and innovation.
In a statement to MAP, the head of the program for improving income and economic integration of young people in the province of Oued Eddahab, Youssef Lahrach, indicated that this communication meeting aims to take stock of the progress of the implementation of the various projects selected by the INDH at the provincial level.
The sustainability of these projects, he continued, requires developing the entrepreneurial spirit among young beneficiaries and providing support before and after creation.
For his part, the representative of the Foundation for Research, Development and Innovation in Science and Engineering (FRSDISI), Youssef Ait Benhadda stressed that this meeting aims to support project leaders, strengthen their skills and prepare their projects in advance and implement them optimally.
The success of their projects requires support, monitoring and ongoing training, he noted, adding that the FRSDIDI supports them for two years to help them realize their project ideas.
Supervised by the provincial human development committee (CPDH) of Oued Eddahab and managed by the FRSDISI, the Oued Eddahab youth platform aims to be a crossroads of interaction between all the programs implemented by the various stakeholders in the field of youth integration, offering spaces for listening, guidance, support and support for the spirit of entrepreneurship and the social and solidarity economy.
This youth space also aims to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and encourage job creation, through the establishment of a technical support mechanism adapted to the different pre and post creation phases, thus boosting business creation in this category.
