Dakhla: Multidisciplinary medical campaign for the benefit of more than 3,000 people

Initiated by the awareness and integration association in Dakhla in partnership with the Moroccan association for health and solidarity, this three-day social action is part of the 2nd edition of “Dakhla Health care days” .

Mobilizing a staff of 20 doctors, as well as 10 members of support staff, this humanitarian initiative will allow the inhabitants of the pearl of the south to benefit from local and quality medical services in various specialties.

In a statement to MAP, the president of the Awareness and Integration Association in Dakhla, El Khalifiya El Hammaz, stressed that this campaign targeted people in precarious situations, welcoming on this occasion the mobilization of medical staff having ensured the smooth running and success of this medico-social initiative.

For her part, the president of the Moroccan association for health and solidarity, Hafida Majdar indicated that this initiative, testifying to the spirit of mutual aid and solidarity, aims to bring health services closer to vulnerable categories.

For his part, the volunteer doctor, Saad Mazouni, stressed that this medical campaign is taking place in good conditions, noting that this initiative has made it possible to satisfy the needs of the population in terms of medical services.

Note that this humanitarian action focused on a range of services covering general and specialized medical care, particularly in pediatrics, cardiology, radiography, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and diabetes, in addition to the free distribution of prescription drugs.
