Dalila Carmo Returns as Director in Anticipated New Season of ‘Morangos com Açúcar’

by time news

The actress Dalila Carmo is about to finish filming the youth series Morangos com Açúcar. TV 7 Dias caught the actress as she was leaving the Cascais police station, where some of the recordings for the fourth season are taking place, which will premiere after the summer.

The artist, who appeared in the first two seasons, from 2003 to 2005, at which time she brought to life Madalena Soares, a physical education teacher, is now returning with the same character, but in a different role. Madalena is now the new director of the famous Colégio da Barra. However, it seems that problems will not be lacking, which is why Dalila Carmo was filming at the Cascais police station.

“I was afraid they would put me back as a physical education teacher; I am not able to,” she said in an interview with Manuel Luís Goucha, with whom she also shared her thoughts on the new cast she is acting alongside. “I’m really enjoying it (…) I’m really loving this group. They are very focused actors, very shy, which is nice to see,” she added.

The fourth season of the new Morangos com Açúcar, which does not yet have a defined premiere date, is expected to air in the last quarter of the year, followed by the fifth and sixth seasons. From the original cast, aside from Dalila Carmo, Tiago Castro, the eternal Crómio, will also participate, who will be replaced by Madalena in the direction of the college. Vítor Fonseca is also returning with his Zé Milho, who will coordinate the performance arts course. However, this course is not to the liking of the financial director, who will clash with the school director.
