Reported record sales for 2021 with sales of 953 apartments amounting to NIS 1.92 billion. The average price of the apartment was over NIS 2 million. This is compared to sales of 777 apartments with a cash volume of $ 1.26 billion last year, when the proposed price was NIS 1.6 million per apartment. The results reflect the warming of the housing market in the country in the past year, similar to other construction companies. Abroad, the company sold 135 apartments worth NIS 28 million, compared with 104 apartments for NIS 23 million.
