Badjuri asked the panel of judges and public prosecutor who examined and tried the case of alleged forgery in the letter that implicated Kusumayati, the main director of PT Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut (EMKL) Bima Jaya Mustika to be more observant and careful in seeing the role of a number of parties.
Among them are the witnesses, who are related to the occurrence of the matter.
The reason is, a number of names who are suspected of being involved in the process of issuing inheritance certificates (SKW), deeds of change of share ownership and authentic deeds in the form of inheritance rights certificates (SKHW) appeared in the trial held by the Karawang District Court, West Java, last Tuesday (20/8).
“We ask the public prosecutor and the panel of judges who are examining and trying this letter forgery case to be more observant and thorough in observing the role of the defendant’s two children, together with the notary. All three played an active role until this case went to trial,” said A. Badjuri, Monday (26/8).
According to Abad, A. Badjuri’s nickname, during the trial held by the Karawang District Court on Monday (1/7), Dandy Sugianto admitted that he had only found out about the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) regarding the transfer of ownership of shares in PT (EMKL) Bima Jaya Mustika when he was questioned by investigators from the Metro Jaya Police.
“We do not immediately believe Dandy’s statement that he only found out about the files that eventually became evidence in the case when he was questioned by investigators. That is impossible,” said Abad.
According to him, Dandy Sugianto’s statement contradicts the statement given by notary Nyi Raden Kania Nursanti, both when she (Kania-ed) provided clarification to the media crew regarding objections to Dandy Sugianto’s statement at the trial on Saturday (13/7/2024), as well as the statement under oath given by Nyi Raden Kania Nursanti at the trial on Tuesday (30/7/2024).
“What Notary Nyi Raden Kania Nursanti conveyed was clearly that in 2013, Dandy together with Ferline Sugianto, actively took care of the deed of change of PT (EMKL) Bima Jaya Mustika to the office of Notary Nyi Raden Kania Nursanti, which is located at Jalan MH. Thamrin No. 65 Block B, Cibatu, South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java,” explained Abad.
According to him, Dandy Sugianto’s statement contradicts the statement given by notary Nyi Raden Kania Nursanti.
