The Vice Ministry of Transportation (VMT) reported that a total of 13 drivers were arrested yesterday for driving under the influence of alcohol.
These arrests were the result of a joint effort between the VMT and the National Civil Police (PNC) in different parts of the country, until the close of operations at 11:59 p.m.
