Now the former “Celebrity Big Brother” candidate has had a new partner at her side for a few months now – Stefan, who is ten years her junior. She moved from Mallorca to the Palatinate for him, and the couple has even gotten engaged.
But Daniela Katzenberger has not yet met her mother’s fiancé. There is a good reason for this, as she reveals in her Vox documentary soap. The 37-year-old fights back tears in front of the cameras.
In a new episode of “Daniela Katzenberger,” the influencer reflects on her childhood. “My mother always had a boyfriend of some sort or was just married or going through a divorce,” she explains. This also had consequences for Iris Klein’s children: “We always had to get to know all the men, then we had to move, I had to change schools. And everyone thought they were my father.” According to Daniela Katzenberger, her mother never asked whether the other family members agreed to the changes. When the TV celebrity remembers these turbulent years, she tears up.
Iris Klein’s romantic past now also affects her new partner Stefan. Because of her experiences, Daniela Katzenberger struggles with getting to know the new family member: “I realize that I don’t want to give my mother’s new boyfriend a chance. He’s taking advantage of what everyone else has done wrong,” admits the TV star.
At Iris Klein’s birthday party there is still an encounter. Despite her nervousness, Daniela Katzenberger warmly greets her mother’s fiancé and even hugs him. After a long conversation, the 37-year-old is relieved: “I didn’t expect him to be so nice. Stefan is a cool guy.” But she can’t resist a swipe. Katzenberger whispers to her mother that Stefan visually reminds her of Iris Klein’s ex-husband Peter.
