BIMA – Danrem 162/Wira Bhakti Brigadier General TNI Agus Bhakti presided over the National Insights Seminar. Seminar held by Korem 162/Wira Bhakti together with Indonesian Kasabu Ade Communication Forum (FOKKA) almost inviting people to maintain security 2024 regional elections.

This seminar was held at GOR 7 Brothers, Naru Village, Woha District, Bima Regency, with the theme “Successful, Safe, Peaceful and Hoax Free Regional Election 2024”

“This event aims to provide the public with a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining security, peace and avoiding the spread of false information before Pilkada 2024,” said Danrem 162/Wira Bhakti, TNI Brigadier General And Bhakti, Saturday. (27/7/2024).

About 250 participants attended, including community leaders, youth and village officials, showing great enthusiasm for efforts to maintain election integrity.

Brigadier-General TNI Agus Bhakti emphasized that the active role of the public is extremely important to ensure that the regional elections take place safely and peacefully.

“Pilkada that is free from hoaxes and chaos is our shared responsibility. Through this seminar, we hope that the public can be wiser in receiving and disseminating information and active in creating a favorable environment,” said he.

The seminar not only presents topic presentations but also interactive discussion and question and answer sessions. This gives participants an opportunity to share opinions and get a detailed explanation of national issues and the challenges to be faced in the Pilkada.

With the active participation of the community, it is hoped that awareness of the importance of security and peace will increase. This activity also aims to strengthen the commitment of all parties in fighting hoaxes and supporting a democratic process that is clean and fair.

It is hoped that active participation from various aspects of society will encourage the verification of safe and peaceful regional elections. This activity is also a concrete step to build public confidence in the electoral process and to maintain regional stability.

This seminar is one of Korem 162/Wira Bhakti’s efforts to address electoral challenges and educate the public about their responsibilities to ensure a successful and interference-free Pilkada.

At the same time, Korem WB/162 together with FOKKA presented a literacy camp with the theme “A national message from Oi Fanda for Indonesia”.

The aim of the activity is to improve the creative writing ability of young people and at the same time increase their love for their homeland. This event was created in a natural atmosphere and took place on Oi Fanda beach.
