Darbhanga: JDU’s national working president Sanjay Jha, who reached Darbhanga to attend a private program, said that Aam Aadmi Party has a majority in Delhi and they can make anyone the Chief Minister they want. But according to me, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal should have resigned from the post of Chief Minister earlier, when he was accused of scams in the new liquor policy. The police had also issued summons several times, despite this he did not consider it appropriate to resign. Now in Delhi, there will be the same story like Ram and Bharat which he is telling and the government will run accordingly.

On the question of whether Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation from the post of Chief Minister will benefit him, Sanjay Jha said that he does not think that such a situation will arise in Delhi. He said that he has just got bail from the court. The decision in this case is yet to come. The court has granted him bail on the basis of several conditions.

Giving the example of Bihar’s fodder scam, he said that the same thing happened during the fodder scam in Bihar. The accused was initially granted bail, later the court sentenced him and he was later proven guilty.

Similarly, Kejriwal has just got bail from the court, the case has not been finalized yet. The trial in this case is yet to be conducted. It remains to be seen what decision comes from the court next. Now, after four months, elections are going to be held in Delhi in January 2025. In the elections, Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal will know their status.
