With the aim of becoming a technological benchmark, the President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele, inaugurated DataTrust, the second largest data center in the region that offers placement services, public and private cloud, storage and security of data and systems to institutions.
“This data center is the second largest in the region and guarantees that the designs and projects of companies are secure. It has a public cloud, guaranteed security and other services for use by the public and private sectors. This inauguration, together with the Law for the Promotion of Innovation and Technological Manufacturing, seeks to make El Salvador the technological hub of the region,” said President Nayib Bukele.
The globally certified data center, located in the Ciudad Arce district, La Libertad Centro, will have the highest global standards to guarantee companies and institutions the availability and maximum security in the management of their data.
“Now, with the private sector that believes in El Salvador, we are creating part of the technological structure necessary for international companies to come and invest,” added President Nayib Bukele.
