David di Donatello: Elio Germano and Sophia Loren are the favorites

David di Donatello 2021: head to head between “I wanted to hide” and “Favolacce” for Best Film. Both have Elio Germano as protagonist, but the legendary Sophia Loren is favored for the individual prize
