Frankfurt / Main (dpa) – The Dax also expanded its previous day’s profits minimally on Friday and reached another record high in the course of trading.

With an increase of 0.07 percent to 16,094.07 points, the leading index left trading, and on a weekly basis it rose by 0.25 percent.

The MDax of the medium-sized stock market fell on Friday by 0.24 percent to 35,869.05 points. Meanwhile, the leading Eurozone index EuroStoxx 50 rose by 0.28 percent to 4370.33 points.

Among the individual stocks on the German market, attention was still directed towards companies that presented quarterly figures and gave outlooks. The T-Shares rose by two percent because business continues to boom on both sides of the Atlantic and motivated Deutsche Telekom to raise its operating profit forecast for the third time this year. The Bonn-based company had already made investors happy the evening before: They want to raise the dividend more than experts had expected.

At the top of the Dax, the shares of Delivery Hero rose by 4.6 percent, the reason being further positive reactions from analysts to the quarterly figures of the food delivery service on the previous day.

The truck and train brake manufacturer Knorr-Bremse, on the other hand, became a little more pessimistic about the results after the third quarter due to supply chain problems and project delays. The papers then gave way by four percent. CTS Eventim fell by 5.2 percent at the same time in view of the again sharply worsening corona situation, which also endangers major events.

In the SDax, the shares of the recently listed online fashion retailer About You attracted particular attention, as they shot up by 14.3 percent and thus recovered noticeably from their record low the previous day. On November 30th after the close of trading, the online fashion retailer’s shares will be included in the global small cap indices of the renowned index provider MSCI.

The euro was trading at $ 1.1443 in the evening. The European Central Bank (ECB) set the reference rate at 1.1448 (Thursday: 1.1460) dollars in the afternoon. The dollar cost 0.8735 (0.8726) euros. The current yield on the bond market remained at minus 0.35 percent. The Rex bond index fell 0.06 percent to 144.59 points. The Bund future recently gained 0.31 percent to 170.94 points.
