But now this will not happen. DDA has decided that flat buyers will not face any problem now. They will be provided with all the necessary documents along with the possession letter.

Now, DDA will give a complete folder along with the possession letter to the people who buy the flat. This folder will contain all the necessary documents related to the flat. If required, people will not have to run here and there for different documents. All the people who have bought flats from DDA till now will get the benefit of this facility. DDA has taken this initiative on the instructions of Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena.
LG received information
Many people had told LG that they do not have all the documents related to the flats. Due to lack of documents, they often get caught in disputes. After this, seeing the problems of the people, LG instructed DDA that not only possession letters should be given to the flat buyers. All the necessary documents should also be handed over to them.
DDA’s three housing schemes
Last month, three housing schemes of DDA were launched. LG himself is supervising them. LG told DDA to solve this issue in a phased manner. He said that property is very important for any person. People buy property only once in their entire life. Therefore, this occasion is very special and memorable. That is why DDA should work like big builders for this work. Only after this, DDA has now decided that it will also give a customized folder of their flat to the flat buyers. This folder will contain all the necessary documents related to the flats. With this, people will get all the documents of their flats at one place.

DDA has also started a new format of possession slip. In this, possession letters will be handed over to people on the site itself and its photo will also be taken. This photo will be included in the folder. Recently DDA has launched three housing schemes. Under this, flats are available in Narela, Dwarka, Sirsapur, Ramgarh, Rohini, Loknayakpuram and Jasola etc. DDA is starting the work of giving folders in this scheme. On Wednesday, such folders were given to those who bought flats in Golf View Apartment of Dwarka Sector-19B.
