Arnaud De Lie was one of the great sensations of this season and given the promising future that awaits him, there is already speculation about when he will experience the Tour de France. Will it be in 2024? It is not yet known.

“The Tour de France is a dream, but I would also like to do the Vuelta a España because there are often difficult finishes,” he said regarding his debut Grand Tour. “I’m waiting to see the routes and make a decision. Talking about it now makes no sense,” he explained to RTBF.
A condition for such a decision is his dream of being in Paris 2024, which would be his great challenge for the next campaign. If so, the Tour would be left out of the equation, since the three weeks would take their toll on him and he would not be able to fully recover in the two-week period between both appointments.
“The Olympic Games are a goal for me, I would like to participate. The event is only held every four years and being an Olympian I think is something special. I hope to be in good shape at that time. And then I hope that coach Sven Vanthourenhout and the Belgian team can trust me,” he stated.
