In the context of World Alzheimer’s Day, the Mantel Care Center and the Volunteer Information Point are organizing GOOD training in Zuidplas in collaboration with Samen Dementia Friendly. This training will take place on Tuesday 20 September from 19.15-21.30 in Nieuwerkerk.
In this GOOD training, carers, volunteers and other interested parties learn how to deal with people with dementia. The first part of the training is about dementia and recognizing dementia. The second part is practiced with examples from daily practice. Finally, we discuss how participants can apply what they have learned and we give tips.
