The Prime Minister pointed out the shortcomings and limitations such as directing and administering activities on PAR in some places which are still formal, not determined, not drastic, not close to the situation, and not effective; there is still outstanding debt, slow to advise on legal documents, especially documents detailing implementation.

3 review priorities
