For this reason, he urged his local financial partners and the services of the General Directorate of Debt to put in place debt strategies and an exchange framework that allow them to work together for the success of these future issues.
On this issue, bank managers and representatives affirmed their desire to support the State.
However, certain parameters such as maturity and ratios are prerequisites to take into account to take part in these operations.
