Debut of 26 Malayalam films and three films at IFFK

Ra26 Malayalam films will be screened at the International Film Festival (IFFK 2022) this year. The films in the six categories are Nishidho and Habitat in the competition category. The film will also screen its first screening in India, Kalla Nottam, which won the National Award for Best Malayalam Film in 2020. The film is directed by Rahul Riji Nair.

Geo Baby’s The Great Indian Kitchen, Martin Prakat’s Hunting, Quote, Avanovilona, ​​Baner Ghatta, Propeta, Chavittu, Sunny, Nirai Parrotted Tree, Arkariyam and Woman with a Movie Camera will be screened in Malayalam Cinema Today. Immortal genius G Aravindan’s Kummati will be screened in the rediscovering The Classic category.

Seven films like Thampu, Aravam and Appunni will be screened in honor of actor Nedumudi Venu. KPAC Lalitha, P Balachandran, Madamp Kunjukuttan and Dennis Joseph are some of the Malayalam films screened at the festival.

The 26th International Film Festival will kick off on March 18 in Thiruvananthapuram. This time 173 films will be screened in seven different categories. The show will be screened in 15 theaters.
