December 8: 69,601 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Germany, 527 deaths per day

On December 8, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) reports 69.601 new cases of Covid-19 infection, which is again more than in the previous day (36.059). There were 527 corona deaths per day. The nationwide 7-day incidence dropped to 427.0 (432.2). 69.2 percent of the German population was fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
