Latecomers received a reprieve. They now have until July 31 to tackle the declaration of their real estate, on the tax site. In their private space, via the “Property assets” tab, they can have an overview of their built properties, with their characteristics (surface area, number of rooms, type of premises, lot number, etc.). For each of the premises, they must indicate whether it is a main or secondary residence. And, if the accommodation is rented, the tax authorities demand the identity of the occupants as well as the period of occupation on January 1, 2023.
