Decreases in the stock markets in New York, increases in Western Europe and the Far East

A red weekend was recorded in the New York stock markets, but gains in Western Europe and the Far East. On Friday, the stock prices in New York fell as mentioned, with the Dow Jones 30 down by 1.34%, the S&P 500 weakened by 2.37% and the Nasdaq Composite lost 3.08%.

In contrast to New York, in Europe there were gains – London’s FTSE 100 rose by 0.12%, Frankfurt’s DAX rose by 0.67%, Madrid’s IBEX 35 rose by 0.46%, and Paris’ Crack 40 strengthened by 0.9%. Increases in the Far East as well – Tokyo’s Nikkei 225 rose by 3.25%, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng strengthened by 1.21% and the CSI 300 rose by 2.39%.
