This decree will allow the construction of housing in the property located at Dr. Lavista 105, Doctores colony, located next to the Bunker of the Attorney General’s Office in CDMX.

The property previously served as a parking lot, but as a result of the “Pilot Project for Social Rental Housing in Mexico City” program, its demolition began on Thursday, September 12.

What are the requirements to rent in the Social Rental Housing Project for Youth in CDMX?

The Secretariat of Urban Development and Housing of CDMX reported that there will be requirements in order to access the program affordable housing rentals.
