With this historic decision, Puebla joins Mexico City, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Coahuila, Jalisco, Colima, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Veracruz, Quintana Roo, Aguascalientes and Sinaloa as the entities that They no longer persecute women who have abortions.
