jpnn.comCIANJUR – The Golkar Central Leadership Council (DPP) officially nominated Deden Nasihin and Neneng Efa Fatimah as candidates for regent and deputy regent in the 2024 Cianjur Pilkada.
The nomination of Deden and Neneng was stated in the Decree of the Golkar Central Leadership Council Number: Skep-418/DPP/GOLKAR/IX/2021 dated September 27, 2021 concerning the Filling of Vacant Personnel Positions of the Golkar Party Central Leadership Council for the 2019-2024 Term.
Then, it was strengthened by the Golkar DPP Order Letter Number: Sprin-545/DPP/GOLKAR/XI/2023 dated November 20, 2023 concerning the Assignment of Functionaries to plan, prepare and implement the Golkar Party’s Five Successes.
The letter of decision to nominate the Cianjur regent and vice regent candidate pair Deden Nasihin and Neneng Efa Fatimah, which was signed by Golkar General Chairman Airlangga Hartarto, was submitted by the Head of the Java 1 Election Winning Team of the Golkar Party DPP, Ahmad Doli Kurnia Tandjung.
The handover was accompanied by the Chairman of the West Java Golkar Party DPD, Ace Hasan Syadzily, at the Golkar Party DPP Office, Slipi, Jakarta on Thursday (1/8/2024).
“Alhamdulillah, today (yesterday) I submitted the decision letter nominating Deden Nasihin and Neneng Efa Fatimah as candidates for regent and deputy regent of Cianjur Regency,” said Kang Ace, Tubagus Ace Hasan Syadzily’s nickname in his press release, Friday (2/8/2024).
With this decision to nominate, all Golkar Party cadres in Cianjur are required to support the Deden Nasihin-Neneng Efa Fatimah pair.
“Reclaim the seat of the head of Cianjur Regency. God willing,” he said.
Meanwhile, Kang Denas—Deden Nasihin’s nickname—asked for the prayers and blessings of the Cianjur community to advance in the 2024 Cianjur Regency Pilkada.
“Let’s make Cianjur a blessing, a rich and prosperous city, and the most advanced district in West Java,” he said.
The decision letter of the Golkar Party DPP stated that it was the decision of the Golkar Party Central Leadership Council regarding the ratification of the regional head candidate pair and deputy regional head candidate in order to participate in the election of the regent and deputy regent of Cianjur Regency from the Golkar Party in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections.
Point 1 is written, “Randomize and determine Deden Nasihin as a candidate for Regent of Cianjur Regency and Dr Neneng Efa Fatimah MH as a candidate for deputy regent of Cianjur Regency from the Golkar Party in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections.”
In point 2, the Golkar DPP instructed the Golkar Party DPD of Cianjur Regency to follow up on the decision in accordance with organizational provisions and applicable laws and regulations.
In point 3, the DPP Golkar Party assigned the DPD Golkar Party of Cianjur Regency to register the Candidate Pairs that had been determined to the local Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) according to the schedule that had been determined.
Meanwhile, point 4 states that this decision is final and binding for all levels of Management/Functionaries/Cadres and Members of the GOLKAR Party, any actions that contradict the results of this determination and decision will be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable organizational provisions.
Point 5, the Golkar Party DPP stated that with the issuance of this decree, the previous instruction letter and/or assignment letter of the Golkar Party DPP is declared invalid.
Point 6, the DPP emphasized, this decision letter is effective from the date set and if there is confusion in this decision at a later date, corrections will be made as appropriate. (mcr27/jpnn)
