Kozhikode: The accused who ran away from the Chevayur police station was found last night. The defendant was hiding in the woods near the Law College. Fabin Rafi, a native of Kodungallur, who was arrested in connection with the disappearance of six girls from the Vellimadukunnu Children’s Home, escaped from the police station in the evening.
One of the two accused, Fabien Rafi, ran away from the Chevayur police station yesterday evening. A team led by inspectors from various stations in the city then carried out investigations across the city. From the bus stand and the railway station to the bushes at the police station. Meanwhile, the students of Kozhikode Law College informed the police when they saw a person running away. The accused was hiding in a bush around the college premises.
