State tests of the Russian missile attack warning system ended at the end of December 2020, said Sergei Boev, the general designer of the early warning system. The main information means of the early warning system include specialized artificial earth satellites, as well as a network of high-availability radar stations Voronezh, Voronezh-DM and Daryal. The latter are capable of detecting ballistic missiles in flight at ranges of up to 6,000 km.
