Delay in the release of the strength film broke the glass in the theater and caused a commotion among the fans.

Ajith Kumar starrer Valimai was released today. The film was released in about 25 theaters in Salem. It was announced that the first show would air at 4 am at a theater in Salem. Thus began the gathering of thousands of fans before the theater.
It was announced that the film would be screened at 5 pm instead of 4 pm as fans were eager to see the film which caused great anticipation among the fans.
Fans, outraged by the delay, were engaged in an attempt to damage the theaters’ existing objects. The commotion was caused by the smashing of the glass roof that was in front of the theater.
